Debbie Avey, Owner/Broker of Staged Homes Real Estate has over 30 years of experience as a top producer in the San Diego area. She is well known for her exceptional negotiating skills and masterful marketing presentations. She thrives on mentoring new agents, giving them the tools they need to ensure a successful Real Estate career. Investors have come to count on her expertise when it comes to “flipping” properties. She is also a certified short sale and foreclosure specialist. Debbie has a think-outside-of-the-box mentality and has created several very successful innovative programs to better serve her seller and buyer clientele. Recognizing that staging is the ultimate marketing tool, she co-founded Staged Homes Real Estate to create a cutting edge brokerage firm that meets the needs of today’s demanding Real Estate market. Aside from her expert skills within the Real Estate industry, she has also used her gifts to mentor the youth of today, encouraging them to follow their dreams and discover their true talents. Debbie founded, ACE International, a student foreign exchange program that helps countless teens invest in their lives to make a difference in their own communities.
