Debbie Avey is the Founder and Broker of Staged Homes Real Estate, bringing more than 30 years of experience serving clients throughout San Diego and Southern California. Nationally ranked in the top 2% of real estate agents nationwide and recognized in 2024 as a Top 5% Broker in San Diego County, Debbie is known for her strategic negotiation skills, innovative marketing, and ability to position properties for maximum value in today’s digital-first marketplace.

Built on the belief that presentation drives perception, Debbie created an integrated real estate model where design, staging, and marketing work seamlessly together. She also founded Staging Spaces Interiors, a highly sought-after staging and design firm serving multiple brokerages across San Diego and Los Angeles.

Debbie is the founder of Luxuri Lodgings, a boutique short-term rental management company with over 500 five-star reviews, recognized for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maximizing owner returns.

Debbie is proud to work alongside her children in a multi-generational, family-led business. Her daughter Trisha is a licensed broker; her son Travis is a licensed contractor specializing in remodels, mold remediation, and water and fire restoration; and her daughter Tenessa is a professional photographer and creative lead. Having homeschooled her children, Debbie intentionally trained them as entrepreneurs in the industries they now serve—building not only successful businesses, but a lasting family legacy rooted in excellence, integrity, and service.
