  • The Real Estate Market is always changing, how do I know if it’s the right time to sell?

    Real Estate does ebb and flow, but one thing to keep in mind is that if you’re selling and then buying in the same market, it’s really a moot point. The highs or lows will really be fairly equal, so no need to feel nervous with selling in a low market, as you will be also buying in a lower market, and the same is true when the market is higher. 

  • What do I need to do to get my house in order before putting it on the market?

    We suggest that before you do anything, you have our expert team come over for a free consultation. We know exactly what you’ll need to do, and where not to spend your money, which is equally important. Sometimes people think they need to do a complete overhaul, but we will only suggest things that you will get your money back on. We are experts in the field so make sure you have us come over before you start any projects.

  • Are there things that are no-brainers that I should be doing?

    Yes, however, we ask that you engage your brain while starting the process. Some things are obvious-declutter, declutter, declutter! We can’t stress that enough. People need to see that there will be room for their family. Depersonalizing is also essential; buyers don’t want to feel like they’re invading your space. Clean, clean, clean. You are going to be moving anyway, so this gets you a head start on your packing. You need to begin to think of your house as a product.

  • Do I need to concern myself with the curb appeal or the inside of the home?

    Well, this should be pretty obvious, both of course! Curb appeal will get them to the front door, and how your home looks inside will be determined in 10 seconds! Did you know that’s how long it takes the majority of people to make a decision about a property? You only get one chance to make a first impression!

  • I hear a lot about staging these days, is that something I should consider?

    It has become essential to secure a quicker top dollar sale. Think about it-if you were going to sell your car, you would spend time washing it and detailing it so that it looks well taken care of so that you could get as much for your car as possible. Our homes are our most valuable assets, to not put the icing on the cake with our FREE STAGING would just be like leaving money on the table. You want to give your home every advantage possible to receive its true top dollar price.

  • Can’t I stage it myself; I have pretty good taste?

    The problem with that is that you are still “staging” for your specific tastes. Our staging is set up to appeal to all buyers, and not just a select few. Plus, why do it yourself when we offer it FREE as part of our incredible listing package.

  • Ok, I’m convinced-how long will it take?

    Once your prep work is done, and your home is fully ready for our staging crew to come in, we will have it done in day! (You will need to plan to be gone during the staging process, as it’s pretty much controlled chaos, and we want you to be surprised.) Yes, it is miraculous, and seems impossible to design an entire home in one day, but we are in the business of miracles! You will see for yourself at the “reveal”. The Realtor and you will see the home for first time together as you meet back at the house with the Stager.

You can’t command a top dollar price without offering a top dollar product!
